Exceptions

We will make the order based on your notes, so if you receive the item and there is a mistake with the measurements you provided, we are not accountable and the item will not be returned, replaced, or fixed. Specific requests, such as length adjustments or special measurements, are the responsibility of the customer

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges unless we mistake your order.
